Hi! My name is Kiley, and I am the founder of Velvet Letters Cinema Co LLC. Growing up with a love for home movies and film-making, I first learned how to use Super8 when planning my own elopement and micro-wedding. Now, my goal is to make film videography accessible and memorable for all who want their special moments captured.

Super8 film videography offers a vintage aesthetic coupled with that home-movie feel that takes you back to the exact moment you lived on your special day. Your wedding video should be an heirloom film that you can pass down to your loved ones for decades to come. I have chosen to solely focus on analog videography because your celebration deserves the details! Hiring me as your videographer ensures those candid moments are prioritized.

  • Once you know your wedding date, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service.

  • Definitely! While we’re based in Wilmington, North Carolina, we’re available for destination weddings! We’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations. Cities we've previously traveled to domestically include: Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, Raleigh, etc.

  • We’ll send a private link to share your final wedding video with you. Only people with that link will be able to see your video. However, unless previously agreed upon, parts of and/or all of your video may likely be used by me (velvet letters cinema co llc) for social media and advertising purposes.

  • Good question! Due to copyright license laws, I am unable to select a mainstream song for your published Super8 film. Besides approved songs and audios for Instagram reels only, your published wedding film on YouTube and Dropbox will be chosen from a curated selection of royalty-free music from Artlist! We will work together to find a song that best fits the essence of your relationship.
